Professional Experience:
I retired from active duty law enforcement on March 31, 2018, after 37+ years. My experience is primarily a law enforcement and law enforcement management including the Drug Enforcement Administration (Supervisory Special Agent) and the Monroe County, New York Sheriff’s Office (Deputy Sheriff). I have a long-standing record of success in directing complex international investigations related to financial, internal, criminal, and civil investigations and training programs. I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in planning and directing multifarious international investigations related to financial, internal, undercover narcotics, and counter-terrorism investigations. I am currently the principal law enforcement consultant for Integrity Consultancy, LLC and teach for three other universities at the graduate and undergraduate levels. In addition, I serve as a Senior Director for the National Native American Law Enforcement Association (NNALEA) and Deputy Executive Director for the Washington Redskins Original Americans Foundation (WROAF).

My Passion:
My goal is to be a conduit for students to learn and understand the complex issues they will face as law enforcement professionals in a changing world and view their career with a Christian perspective.

Hobbies:
Spending time with my wife, family, and dogs. Enjoy boating with family and friends in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
