Proven to be an energetic leader and innovative problem-solver focused on making student-centered decisions aligned with district goals while working to eliminate barriers to success and identifying opportunities for growth. A skilled facilitator that engages all stakeholders in the use of data to promote innovation in curriculum, programs, and structures. A leader who focuses on what’s strong, not what’s wrong and allows team members the opportunity to use their strengths to contribute to achieving the district vision. A lifelong learner committed to improving the ability to meet student needs in an ever-changing global economy.

My passion for teaching stems from the personal satisfaction I obtain by helping someone learn something new and the numerous benefits it has on my own understanding.
